Emmy winner Powers Boothe, Oscar nominees Mare Winningham & Tom Berenger, Golden Globe nominee Jena Malone and Lindsay Pulsipher will play supporting roles in History miniseries Hatfields and McCoys, starring four-time Golden Globe nominee Bill Paxton as Randall McCoy and two-time Oscar winner Kevin Costner as Anse Hatfield :
- Powers Boothe (Deadwood, 24) is set to play Wall Hatfield, Anse's brother.
- Mare Winningham (24, Mildred Pierce) is set to play Sally McCoy, Randall's wife.
- Tom Berenger (October Road, XIII) is set to play Jim Vanse, Anse's uncle.
- Jena Malone (Sucker Punch) is set to play Nancy McCoy, Randall and Sally's niece.
- Lindsay Pulsipher (The Beast, True Blood) is set to play Roseanna McCoy, Randall and Sally's daughter.
The story is set in West Virginia and Kentucky from 1878 to 1891. This miniseries will start shooting on location in Romania in 2 weeks (every episode will be directed by Kevin Reynolds). It will premiere on the History channel in 2012.
